LEGAL NOTICE
Legal Terms
Last updated: 12/10/2026
1. Owner
This website and the HAI application are owned by HAI CORP.
By accessing this site or using the application, the user accepts this legal notice and the terms of use. Anyone who does not agree must refrain from using them.
For any legal enquiries, please write to info@haicorp.io.
2. Nature of the service
HAI is software that the user rents in order to connect their own account on third-party platforms (Hyperliquid, Lighter) and replicate trading operations automatically.
- HAI CORP does not hold custody of funds. The capital is held by the user in their own wallet.
- Self-custody wallet. The HAI wallet is a self-custody wallet: only the user holds their recovery phrases (seed) and PIN. HAI CORP does not store them and cannot recover them. If the user loses their recovery phrases, there is no way to recover the wallet or the associated accounts and funds, and HAI CORP will not be able to restore them.
- HAI CORP is not a bank, a financial intermediary, an investment adviser or a portfolio manager, nor does it provide regulated investment or crypto-asset services. Nothing published on this site or in the application constitutes financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
- The trading platforms (Hyperliquid, Lighter, blockchain networks such as Arbitrum) belong to third parties, are independent of HAI CORP and have their own terms and risks.
3. Assistant for traders, assumption of risk and user responsibility
HAI is exclusively a technological assistance and automation tool for traders. The software makes it possible to replicate or execute, on an automated basis, certain trades in accounts, wallets or services connected by the user themselves, using exclusively the funds and parameters that the user has decided to enable.
In addition, the user may use the information on the operations merely as a reference to trade on their own account on other platforms or exchanges, at their sole discretion and responsibility.
HAI CORP does not take custody of the user’s funds, does not manage the user’s assets, does not administer a portfolio on the user’s behalf and does not make individualised investment decisions in the user’s name.
Required profile and knowledge
The software is intended exclusively for users who have a sufficient understanding of how trading in crypto-assets and derivatives works and of the risks associated with it, including, among others, leverage, margin, volatility, liquidations, partial or total loss of capital, financing, order execution and technological risks.
By activating or using HAI, the user expressly declares that they have the knowledge, experience and capacity necessary to understand those risks and to assess for themselves whether it is appropriate to use the software.
Any user who does not fully understand these risks must not use HAI.
Voluntary and exclusive decision of the user
The use of HAI is at all times a voluntary decision of the user.
The user decides, under their sole responsibility:
- whether or not to connect their account or wallet to the software;
- which account, exchange, protocol or server to use;
- what capital to make available for trading;
- what risk limits, stop or parameters to set;
- when to activate the automation;
- how long to keep it active;
- which trades to keep open or to close;
- when to pause, modify or stop the automation; and
- when to withdraw their funds.
The existence of technical automation neither eliminates nor replaces the user’s decision to keep that automation active.
For as long as HAI remains enabled by the user, the user voluntarily authorises the software to execute the functionalities configured or accepted by the user.
Permanent control by the user
The user retains control over their account and funds at all times and may, without requiring any authorisation from HAI CORP, close positions, cancel trades where technically possible, modify parameters, change server, reduce or withdraw capital, pause the system or completely deactivate the automation.
Accordingly, the decision to allow a trade to remain open or the system to continue trading rests exclusively with the user.
Automatic minimum balance protection mechanism
As a technical risk management measure, HAI incorporates a minimum safety threshold of 70 USD.
When the available balance allocated to trading falls below that amount, the software will automatically:
- stop executing new trades;
- cancel or prevent the opening of new positions; and
- immediately close any open trades, to the extent that technical and market conditions allow them to be executed.
The purpose of this mechanism is to limit the user’s trading exposure and to prevent the system from continuing to trade below the established minimum level.
Nevertheless, the user expressly acknowledges that this protection system does not constitute a guarantee that capital will be preserved, nor does it ensure that the closing can be executed at exactly 70 USD. Market volatility, slippage, available liquidity, execution delays, sharp price movements, and failures or latency of exchanges, networks, APIs or third-party infrastructure may cause the final balance to be lower than the stated threshold.
The user accepts that the 70 USD limit constitutes solely a technical safety measure of the software and not a guaranteed stop, capital insurance or commitment to make good any losses.
Express assumption of risk
The user acknowledges and accepts that trading in crypto-assets and derivatives involves a high level of risk and may result in the partial or total loss of the capital allocated to trading.
The user further acknowledges that no algorithm, automated system, artificial intelligence model, strategy, trader or professional operator can guarantee profits or prevent losses.
Historical results, simulations, statistics, metrics, past returns or results obtained by other users do not constitute a guarantee or a reliable indication of future results.
By using HAI, the user expressly assumes all the economic risks arising from the trades carried out through the functionalities they have decided to activate, including profits, losses, liquidations, costs, fees, slippage, funding, market fluctuations and any other consequences inherent in trading activity.
Supervision by professional operators
Where certain strategies, signals, models or systems used by HAI are developed, configured or supervised by traders or professional operators, such involvement shall be regarded exclusively as development, analysis, maintenance or internal control of the operation of the software.
Such supervision does not constitute personalised financial advice, an individual investment recommendation, discretionary portfolio management, a management mandate or a guarantee of returns.
The involvement of such operators does not alter the fundamental principle that it is the user who voluntarily decides to activate the software, allocate capital, set their risk limits and continue or stop trading.
No guarantee of results
HAI CORP does not guarantee any level of return, profit, preservation of capital, percentage of winning trades or any particular economic result.
The user expressly accepts that a strategy may generate profits in certain periods and losses in others, and may even cause the total loss of the capital used.
Responsibility of the user
Within the limits permitted by applicable law, the user shall be solely responsible for the economic consequences arising from their decisions to use the software and from the trading carried out through the functionalities they have decided to activate or keep active.
In particular, the user shall bear exclusively the consequences arising from:
- the choice of capital allocated to trading;
- the selection of strategies or servers;
- the configuration of risk parameters;
- the level of leverage used;
- keeping positions open;
- the decision to continue using the automation;
- the lack of supervision of their own account;
- the decision not to stop the system in the face of losses;
- adverse market movements; and
- any loss inherent in the normal risk of trading.
The final decision on the use of HAI and on the economic exposure assumed always rests with the user.
Limitation of liability of HAI CORP
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HAI CORP shall not be liable for trading losses, loss of opportunities, loss of profits, liquidations, adverse market movements, volatility, slippage, funding, or interruptions or actions of exchanges, blockchains, protocols, liquidity providers, wallets, APIs, networks, oracles or any third-party infrastructure that is not under the direct control of HAI CORP.
Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude or limit any liability of HAI CORP that, under applicable law, cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
4. AI-generated trading
The operations replicated by the software are generated by artificial intelligence systems and supervised by professional operators. Such supervision does not guarantee results or eliminate the risk of loss.
Past performance, success rates (Win Profit), risk levels (Low, Medium, High) and any other figures shown are for information purposes only and do not guarantee future results. Signals may fail, be delayed or not be replicated for technical reasons, liquidity reasons or reasons attributable to third-party platforms.
5. Risks
Trading derivatives and crypto-assets carries a very high risk and may result in the total loss of capital. Risks include, among others:
- Market and leverage: high volatility, liquidations and losses greater than expected.
- Third-party platforms: failures, outages, rule changes, hacks or insolvency of decentralised exchanges, bridges or blockchain networks.
- Technical: software errors, delays, executions at worse prices or operations that are not replicated.
- User security: loss or theft of the user’s keys, recovery phrases or devices.
- Regulatory: regulatory changes that restrict or prevent the use of the service in the user’s country.
Users should only trade with money they can afford to lose.
6. Sole responsibility of the user
The user is solely responsible for their decisions: activating or deactivating copying, choosing the server, capital, leverage and stop, depositing and withdrawing funds, and safeguarding their keys. The user declares that they understand the risks and use the service on their own account and at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAI CORP, its partners, employees and collaborators shall not be liable for any loss of capital, profits, data or opportunities arising from the use of the software, the replicated operations, technical failures or third-party platforms.
The software rental and the software usage fee, which may be calculated on the basis of results, are governed by the terms published in the application from time to time.
Software licence fee and current promotion
The licence fee for the HAI software is USD 399.
During the current promotion, the licence may be purchased for USD 99.99 and includes:
- a Premium Crypto Card with no spending limits, valued at USD 499;
- premium connection to two trading platforms: Hyperliquid and Lighter;
- on Lighter, a Plus tier account and connection from IP addresses included in Lighter’s whitelist for HAI as an integrator, with better access conditions than those of an individual account;
- access to 5 premium artificial intelligences with 12 strategies, which will be expanded over time; and
- premium access to the trading servers.
The promotion may be modified or ended at any time. The terms in force in the application at the time of purchase apply.
7. Excluded jurisdictions and declaration of residence
The service is not offered to or intended for residents, nationals or persons located in: the European Union and the European Economic Area; the United States of America and its territories; countries or regions subject to international sanctions (including, among others, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk); or any other country where its use is prohibited or requires an authorisation that HAI CORP does not hold.
By activating the service, the user declares under their own responsibility that they do not reside in and are not located in any of those jurisdictions, that they are at least 18 years old and that they have full legal capacity. If the user moves their residence to an excluded jurisdiction, they must stop using the service. It is the user’s responsibility to check that they may lawfully use it in their country.
A false declaration constitutes a material breach of these terms. HAI CORP may suspend or block access to the software, without prior notice and without any liability, if it detects indications that the user is accessing it from an excluded jurisdiction.
8. Access on the user’s own initiative and community
The user declares that they access the software on their own initiative, without having been the subject of any advertising, offer or solicitation by HAI CORP.
Sponsors, leaders, community members and any person who organises meetings, video calls, groups or content about HAI are not employees, agents or representatives of HAI CORP; they act on their own account and are not authorised to promise returns, guarantee results or speak on behalf of HAI CORP. Their statements are not binding on HAI CORP. Only these terms and the information published in the application are valid.
Rewards from the referral programme and the pool are variable and not guaranteed, derive from the use of the software and do not constitute investment returns.
9. Indemnity
The user undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless HAI CORP, its partners, employees and collaborators from and against any claim, penalty, damage or expense, including legal fees, arising from a breach of these terms, a false declaration of residence or use of the software contrary to the laws of the user’s country.
10. Taxes and other terms
- Taxes: the user is responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on their results.
- Intellectual property: the HAI brand, the software, and the texts and designs of this site belong to HAI CORP.
- Severability: if any clause is declared void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
- Acceptance: acceptance of these terms is recorded with its date and version. Continued use of the software after an amendment constitutes acceptance of it.
- Changes: HAI CORP may amend this notice; the version in force is the one published on this page with its date.
11. Lawful origin of funds and sanctions
The user represents and warrants that the funds they use with the software are of lawful origin, that they are not included on any international sanctions list and do not act on behalf of persons included on such lists, and that they will not use the software for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful activity.
HAI CORP may suspend access to the software if it has reasonable indications that this declaration has been breached.
12. Software availability and force majeure
The software is provided “as is” and “as available”. HAI CORP does not warrant that it will operate uninterrupted, error-free or without delays, or that it will be compatible with all devices. Interruptions, maintenance or updates shall not give rise to any compensation.
Due to geographic restrictions, access blocks and regulatory requirements in different jurisdictions, whether imposed by authorities, third-party platforms and networks, app stores or infrastructure providers, the software or some of its features may be unavailable or may not work properly in certain countries or regions, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently. HAI CORP does not guarantee the availability of the service in any particular location, and its unavailability shall not give rise to any compensation or refund.
HAI CORP shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, among others, outages or changes of exchanges, protocols or blockchain networks, failures of the internet or of infrastructure providers, third-party cyberattacks, regulatory changes, decisions of authorities, armed conflicts, natural disasters or pandemics.
13. Prohibited uses and suspension
The following are prohibited:
- copying, decompiling, reverse engineering or attempting to access the source code of the software;
- interfering with its operation, circumventing its security measures or using it in an unauthorised automated manner;
- creating multiple accounts to take abusive advantage of promotions, rewards or the referral programme;
- making misleading statements about HAI or promising returns to third parties; and
- any fraudulent use or use contrary to these terms or to the law.
In the event of a breach, HAI CORP may suspend or cancel access to the software and cancel or withhold commissions and rewards obtained fraudulently or abusively, without prejudice to any other actions available. The user’s funds remain theirs and they may withdraw them.
14. Third-party platforms
By connecting their account, the user also accepts the terms of use of the third-party platforms and networks they use (including, among others, Hyperliquid, Lighter and Arbitrum) and is solely responsible for complying with them. HAI CORP does not control those platforms and is not liable for their decisions, changes, restrictions or failures.
15. Claims and arbitration
Before bringing any claim, the user undertakes to contact HAI CORP in writing in order to seek an amicable solution for a period of 30 days.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of these terms or the use of the software shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules, by a sole arbitrator, conducted online and in the English language.
Claims may be brought only on an individual basis: the user waives any right to participate in class actions, collective actions or class arbitrations.
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it; after that period, it shall be time-barred.
16. Final provisions
- Language: these terms are published in several languages; in the event of any discrepancy between versions, the English version shall prevail.
- Entire agreement: these terms, together with those published in the application, constitute the entire agreement between the user and HAI CORP regarding the use of the software.
- No waiver: any failure by HAI CORP to exercise a right at any given time shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: HAI CORP may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to another entity, including a group company or a successor. The user may not assign them without the written consent of HAI CORP.
- Privacy: the processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available at hyperai.pro/privacidad.
